Citizenship

Citizenship. How comfortable are you with Catholic citizenship? For so many Catholics they don't associate religion with being a citizen. They can adjust to the combining of your religion with being a citizen.

But how do U.S. Catholics who have not had a Catholic citizenship experiences? How do they help bishops, pastors, priests and deacons appreciate the importance of global solidarity when they find themselves trying to adjust to the changing cultures here in America – between north and south, rich and poor, black and white, conservative and liberal.

USCMA is beginning to explore these issues. On September 9, 2020, Dr. Cabrini Pak spoke at the USCMA membership meeting on the topic of citizenship. Her webinar was recorded. The recording is below as well as her slides, which can be downloaded.
