The good news is that, at this moment is time, the staples of the human diet are stable. The necessities of human life exist.
Covid-19 impacted the local food system and it, with other factors, are creating food insecurity in some countries.
We learned the steps toward famine – and that famine is the worse case scenario. It means the game is over. We work to avoid an acute food crisis. We work so we do not move into the yellow zone – acute food and livelihood crisis.
