Sr Mary McGlone CSJ on the developmental stages people go through as they become more aware and sensitive to the needs of people from other cultures. Sr Mary will be defining the Theory – A measure of how we have assimilated multi-cultural experience, not a measure of ethical behavior. It also requires an understanding of Culture.
