 Mission Consult is a time for missioners and leaders in mission to come together and consult with each other about issues facing mission today. This month, we will hear from a panel of young adults who attended World Youth Day.

Sarahi Unzueta, Mission Educator with Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers in Chicago, IL. Sarahi has a Masters in Pastoral Studies from Catholic Theological Union and has served in serval parishes.

Ogechi Akalegbere, Youth and Young Adult Ministry at St. Rose of Lima, Washington, DC. Ogechi combines community organizing and faith, receiving the Bernardin New Leadership Award (2021).

Harrison Trubitt, Youth and Young Adult Minister from San Diego, CA. Harrison is also content creator for Life Teen and does consulting, and coaching, youth ministers across the country.

Holly O'Hara, Communication Specialist for Precious Blood Ministry of Reconciliation, Chicago, IL. Holly, as a volunteer through Verso Ministries, served as a guide for the pilgrimage.

They will share the impact World Youth Day had on their faith journey and how it is shaping their approach to mission. We need to learn from them so, together, we can lead God’s mission.
